On 12th December, the students of Class XI conducted a captivating and thought-provoking morning assembly on the theme “Paranormal Phenomena,” with a special focus on the intriguing folklore of Acheri – the Angel in the Hills of Uttarakhand.
The assembly began with a small prayer, followed by a meaningful thought for the day connected to curiosity, belief, and the mysteries of nature. The students then presented an informative and engaging write-up on paranormal beliefs, discussing how such stories have been part of human cultures across the world. The highlight of the presentation was the beautifully narrated story of Acheri, a gentle supernatural figure believed to protect villagers in the Himalayan region. Through this tale, the students emphasized the deeper message of respecting nature and understanding local traditions.
