Description:
It gives me immense joy and pride to share the wonderful experiences and achievements from the 3-day St. ANN, Northern India Inter-School Sports Meet held at St. Mary’s sr. Sec. School, Rudrapur from 6th Nov. to 8th Nov. 2025 . The event was filled with excitement, energy, and healthy competition as schools from across the region came together to celebrate the true spirit of sportsmanship.
Our school athletes and teams performed exceptionally well, showing not just skill and strength, but also teamwork, discipline, and determination that made everyone proud!
Let’s begin with Athletics — the foundation of all sports. Our athletes ran, jumped, and threw their way to glory!

Volleyball:
Moving on to team games — our Volleyball team truly served success with spirit and skill!
They fought every match with courage and coordination, and after some thrilling matches, our team lifted the Winner’s Trophy!
Congratulations to Captain Minal Rawat and the entire team for their spectacular teamwork and victory!
Basketball:
And now, the highlight of the meet — our unstoppable Basketball teams!
In a stunning display of talent and teamwork, our Basketball teams emerged as Winners in all three categories — Under 14, Under 16, and Under 19!
This triple triumph is a proud moment for our school! Congratulations to Captain of U19 Ananta Panwar U16 sanvi verma and U14 Avika Choudhary and their outstanding teammates — for their brilliant performance and team spirit!
That’s not all!
Our school was also honoured with the Best Disciplined Team Award — a true recognition of our students’ conduct, sportsmanship, and team spirit both on and off the field.
Adding to the pride, our school team won the 2nd Prize in the March Past Competition!
Though there was a tie between St. Mary’s, Rudrapur and St. Ann’s, Roorkee, later on judges decided to give First prize to Rudrapur contingent as host school but our school team’s coordination, grace, and energy truly stood out and impressed everyone.
Furthermore, our school coaches were awarded the Trophy for Best Officiating, acknowledging their fairness, professionalism, and dedication throughout the event. A heartfelt salute to all our coaches for guiding and inspiring our players every step of the way!
The 3-day meet was not just about winning medals or trophies — it was about learning, growing, and celebrating the power of teamwork, perseverance, and respect.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all the Sisters of our school management ,teachers, and coaches for their constant support and encouragement, and to every participant for giving their best and bringing pride to our school.
Special thanks to Sr. Flavia for being there with us throughout the event without any rest for our encouragement, motivation and support.
Let’s continue to carry this same spirit of sportsmanship and determination into everything we do.
