The 150 years of the history of our religious family in India, bears testimony to the rich legacy our Founders, Carlo Tancredi and Guilia Di Barolo transmitted to us and the Sisters of St. Ann, to make the HEART OF EDUCATION, THE EDUCATION OF THE HEART which they called ‘Pedagogy of the Heart’. We are called to impart quality education to the children and the youth, instilling in them the human values and thus enabling them to become the instruments of ‘social change’.
St. Ann’s Senior Secondary School, Roorkee is one of the platforms to fulfill our Founder’s dream. May the good God grant us the spirit of selfless service, strength and goodwill to continue the task of building a just and an eco-friendly human society, where genuine freedom, equality, respect of religion, moral & social values of God’s kingdom and our country prevail.
