Description:
St. Ann's Senior Secondary School, Roorkee, celebrated International Labour Day on 30th April 2026 with great enthusiasm to honour the hard work and dedication of all supporting staff who make our school a better place every day.
Programme was presented by Students of classes 2nd and 12th.
The programme began with a special morning assembly, including Holy scriptures to invoke God's blessings.The programme continued with speech highlighting the importance of the day. Followed by dance , poems and song. Sister Principal addressed the students and highlighted the importance of _Dignity of Labour. She reminded everyone that no work is small and every role deserves respect.
Students of class 12th organised few games for supporting staff, in which they participated enthusiastically.
As a token of gratitude, the school’s support staff were invited on stage and felicitated with handmade cards, flowers by students and gifts by Staff Association. A vote of thanks was delivered expressing appreciation for the staff’s tireless service.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
