The Provincial Superior of the Northern Province, Sr. Ashly Jose, visited St. Ann's School, Roorkee, on Monday, 24 August 2026. The entire St. Ann's family came together with great enthusiasm to extend a warm welcome to her. A special programme was organised in her honour in the school auditorium, which was beautifully adorned for the occasion. The programme began with a prayer service offered by the students, followed by a graceful welcome dance. The Principal, Mrs Aparajita Majumder, warmly welcomed Sr. Ashly and expressed her gratitude for her presence on behalf of all the Annites. Following the welcome, Sr. Ashly Jose addressed the gathering and shared her thoughts and words of encouragement with the students and staff. She expressed her gratitude to the Manager, Sr Rosily, the Principal, Mrs Aparajita Majumder, and the Sisters in the Management for their dedicated efforts, guidance and wisdom, which contribute to the smooth functioning and continued growth of the school. She emphasised that character formation and strong values should always take precedence over academic excellence. She also expressed her heartfelt aspirations for the continued prosperity and success of the school and blessed the entire St. Ann family. The programme concluded on a warm and inspiring note. The staff and students expressed their gratitude for Sr. Ashly's encouraging words and blessings. Her visit left the entire St. Ann's family motivated and renewed in their commitment to uphold the values of character, compassion and service.
